Butterfly valve is a simple structure of the regulating valve, but also can be used for low-pressure pipeline switch control.Ventilation butterfly valve is a non-sealed butterfly valve, widely used in building materials, metallurgy, mining, electricity and other production process medium temperature ≤ 300 °C nominal pressure of 0.1Mpa pipeline, to connect, open and close or adjust the amount of medium.
Structural features:
1. It is designed and manufactured with a new type of structure welded with a midline disc plate and a short structure steel plate. (1) Soft seal butterfly valve
a. The sealing pair consists of a non-metallic soft material and a non-metallic soft material.
b. The sealing pair consists of a metallic hard material and a non-metallic soft material.
(2) Metal hard seal butterfly valve. The sealing pair consists of a metal hard material and a metal hard material.
As per Sealed
(1) Forced seal butterfly valve
a. Flexible seal butterfly valve. Sealing ratio pressure when the valve is closed, the valve plate squeezing the valve seat, the elasticity of the valve seat or the valve plate
b. External torque sealing butterfly valve. The torque applied to the valve shaft generates sealing ratio
(2) Pressure sealing butterfly valve. The pressure of the spring member-sealing member on the valve seat or valve plate generates sealing ratio pressure
(3) Automatic sealing butterfly valve. The medium pressure automatically generates the seal pressure.
According to work pressure
(1) Vacuum butterfly valve. The working pressure is lower than the butterfly valve of the standard atmosphere.
(2) Low pressure butterfly valve. Nominal pressure PN <1.6MPa butterfly valve.
(3) Medium pressure butterfly valve. Nominal pressure PN is 2.5--6.4MPa butterfly valve.
(4) High pressure disc valve. Nominal pressure PN is a 1.0 to 80.0 Maps butterfly valve.
(5) Ultra-high pressure butterfly valve. Nominal pressure butterfly valve with PN >100MPa.
As per operating temperature
(1) High temperature butterfly valve. t>450 °C butterfly valve
(2) Medium temperature valve. The butterfly valve of 120 C<t<450 C
(3) Normal temperature butterfly valve. A 40C<t<; 120C butterfly valve
(4) Low temperature butterfly valve. A 100<t<-40C butterfly valve
(5) Ultra-low temperature butterfly valve. t<a 100 C butterfly valve
