Conveying Equipment for Slurry Treatment System in Singapore

They met problem when handle the project that the slurry must be throw into 4 meters deep pit and then lift up 8 meters high to the dryer .The slurry is filter cake ,which is high moisture with various according to seasons. If the slurry falls directly onto the screw auger ,the load running will result in motor damage.

The working process of the shaft less screw conveyor with silo stirring shaft :
 
1.Slurry enter into silo : 
2-3 ton per hour sludge and filter cake enter from the top of the silo by fork lift .

2. Break by Stirring rods : 
Slurry and filter cake meets the stirring rod in the middle of silo , stirring rods rotation to prevent the
clogging of material . The stirring rods is electricity driven . 

3. Intercepted by Rod valve : 
Slurry and filter cake falls on the rod valve ,which can reduce the load on the shaft less screw and protect the motor reducer from burned out. When the bottom screw needs to open the rod valve in turn, let the materials enter the screw conveyor in order to achieve the purpose of conveying.

4. Shaft less screw conveyor transport:
Shaft less design provides a non-clogging conveying surface that allows difficult-to-convey materials
(high moisture slurry ) to become easy-to-convey.The material will fall down to belt conveyor .

5. Belt conveyor lift :
Inclined 60 degree belt conveyor lift the slurry up to the dryer for further heating treatment .
