Industrial Cyclone Dust Collector For Woodworking Machine
The XLP type cyclone dust collector is a high-efficiency cyclone dust collector with a bypass channel on the outside of the cyclone cylinder body. It can make a part of the gas containing more dust near the inner wall of the cylinder pass through the bypass into the lower part of the cyclone barrel to reduce the dust from being discharged, especially for dusts larger than 5μm, has a higher dust removal efficiency. It is used to remove dense non-fibrous and cohesive dust from industrial exhaust gases. It can effectively separate tobacco ash, talcum powder, quartz powder, limestone powder, slag cement, cement raw material, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, high temperature resistance, low resistance and high dust removal efficiency. It is suitable for mining, metallurgy and fire-resistant Gas purification in industrial sectors such as materials, coal, chemicals, building materials and electricity.
Features:
After the dust-laden gas enters the tangential direction from the inlet, the gas is divided into the upper and the lower while the gas is rotating. At the same time, the dust forms a strong vortex at the bottom of the exhaust, that is, the boundary between the two vortexes. The finer and lighter dust particles are carried upwards by the upper vortex airflow, and a strongly rotating ash ring is formed under the top cover, resulting in the accumulation of dust particles, which are led out from the upper hole of the special bypass separation chamber and separated by the bypass. The spiral groove in the lower part of the chamber is tangentially introduced into the lower part of the dust collector cylinder from the air inlet of the dust collector outer wall to merge with the internal air flow, and the dust is separated and dropped into the ash bucket. The other part of the heavier dust particles is driven by the downward vortex, and the dust is separated and entered into the ash hopper along a similar process of the upper vortex flow in the lower part of the dust collector.
XLP type bypass cyclone dust collector is lower than the inlet position of the general cyclone dust collector, so that there is enough space on the top of the dust collector to form an upper vortex and form a dust ring, leading from the bypass separation chamber to the cone part, which is harmful to The secondary flow of dust removal efficiency turns into an upper vortex flow with dust accumulation. The bypass separation chamber is designed as a spiral so that the incoming dust-containing airflow cuts into the cone tangentially to avoid disturbing the airflow inside the cone and prevent dusting again.
1, according to the XLP type bypass cyclone dust collector air way classification. Type X (horizontal air outlet, suction-type dust remover is located on the suction side of the fan and has an outlet volute), generally used for negative pressure operation; Y type (upper air outlet, press-in dust collector is located on the press-in side of the fan), Generally used for positive pressure or negative pressure operation.
2, according to the direction of convolution can be divided into right-swirling S-type and left-spin N-type two, two types of dust collector has four types of combination (XN, XS, YN, YS type).
3, according to the spiral bypass separation chamber classification. XLP/A has a semi-helical shape and a double cone shape; XLP/B has a full spiral shape, a single cone with a small cone angle, and a long cone. Tests have shown that under the same conditions, Type A efficiency is higher than Type B, while Type A resistance is greater than Type B, and Type B is simpler and of lower quality than Type A.
